We have ordered the products for Rs.**** (Rs.***, Rs.***, Rs.*** , Rs.***), we have not received the products, when we reached to customer care, they are not responding properly and unnecessarily asking for current bank balance, paytm, Gpay. It seems like they are cheating and even speaking harsh over the phone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
