Rk Home Appliances - Orders Delayed Cancelled Not Refunded

I have ordered in RK Home appliances .
I have ordered various products like TV,Washing Machine,Gold and Silver etc.
They have not delivered the products.
I have cancelled all the orders.They have issued cheque Amounting Rs.***** and the cheque has been dishonored by stop payment.They keep on delaying.I have visited them many times but no proper response.
They are not refunding the paid amount.
