I ordered an item dated ** feb ****. The order status has not been updates besides mailing again and again. Finally after running out the delivery date.. i call up the customer care number found from google. It is a personal mobile number and the guy was reluctant and without asking the order detail he said the product is out of stock. While talking about refund he ask me my upi pin * digit number and irrelevant question about bank account such as last * digit number. I did not get any refund till now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
