I ordered for a party gown from www.vienna.com on **th april. My order no. Is *****. I received a completely different product n tht too a very very cheap quality on *rd may. I tried searching for customer care no. Bt the site showed sum nevillia jewelry shop no.,email n address..wen i called this no. They said tht no. Doesn't exist.. So i send email.. Bt i received email from google service saying tht this email address doesnt exist.. I m feeling cheated n mentally harrased by this fraud. I have attached photo of material i received with my order slip.. Plzz help me.
