Zepto lite - Ordered products from Zepto but didn t chek the address and rider went to the old address I spoke an

I ordered products from zepto lite worth ***.**. By mistake I ordered on my old address and as the delivery was not happening I called the RIDER and he said he did not deliver the products and will have the store manager call me and speak to him regarding the refund. I spoke to the store manager and he promised the amount will be refunded. Now when I try to chat with the customer service it says as it is past ** hours the issue is closed. WHOM DID HE DELIVER THE PRODUCTS......WHERE IS MY REFUND.........NOW UNABLE YO SPEAK TO THE RIDER ALSO AS THE CALL IS NOT GETTING CONNECTED..........
