Erin collection - Ordered product on Erincollection com and site blocked now

I have ordered a product from erincollection.com with order #****. Later I didn't received any kind of dispatch details. In * days I have tried to track the product through the link provided in SMS. And its showing 'Site not found'. Now the web site https://erincollection.com/ also not functioning. Their s no option for the request of refund. Please help to get the amount and punish these type of cheaters.
