fashions 26 - Ordered product is different from what I received

I ordered two keychains from keychains_**.one bike keychain for rs*** and drive safely keychain for rs*** and shipping charge ** . totally I paid *** on Feb **,****. I have asked my ordered before March first week but he did not delivered me and also not replied me maytimes after four five messages only he give me a response and atlast I received my order on April *,****.The drive safely keychain was good but the bike keychain is totally just opposite to what I asked.After that he told that he will give replacement but till now he is not giving me any response.I AM ASKING FOR REFUND AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN *MONTHS..I THINK HE BLOCK ME IN WHATSAPP AND NOT GIVING ME ANY RESPONSE..I NEED REFUND FOR MY PRODUCT
