redmi note 7 pro - Ordered placed but not product received

I have ordered a Redmi note * Pro on April ** for Rs ***** and made my payment through my paytm account. I didn't receive the product and didn't receive my payment back. When I placed the order they told me that the product will be reached on Saturday but after Saturday when I tried to contact them they cut my call and didn't respond. After that, the site got blocked and now there is no site with that address. I don't know what to do. I saw all the review of Voxya. Please help me to get refund my money.
