I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mechdeals regarding the non-dispatch of my order No. ********** placed on **-**-****.
I ordered Marazzo brake pads through your online platform and paid an amount of ₹*,***/- vide invoice No. ******** dated **-**-****. However, till date, the product has not been dispatched.
I have raised multiple complaints through your customer care email. Unfortunately, I have not received any proper response except on one occasion, where I was assured that the order would be dispatched “within this week.” This assurance also turned out to be false. Since then, I have only been informed repeatedly that the dispatch is being rescheduled, without any concrete update or action.
This continuous delay, lack of response, and repeated false assurances amount to poor customer service and are unacceptable. I request you to either dispatch the product immediately with confirmed tracking details or initiate a full refund without further delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
