www vetrikart com - Ordered items not delivered

I haven't got any update on my order no. **** in my email address or mobile no, which was placed on ** Sep **. (Screenshot attached). Still I am waiting for the items to get delivered.
I tried contacting them via there email address vetrikart@gmail.com multiple times but didn't get any response.
They don't have any contact no. They just gave a confirmation message on the website. After placing order, they don't provide any mechanism to track the order because they are not actually sending you anything.
After waiting so many days, I have realised its a fraud company. Please don't get fascinated by the low range items. You will get nothing after paying the whole amount.
I don't know why such websites are being allowed to cheat people. Such websites should be banned.
