Tirupateswara Rao Boyidi filed complaint against Meesho on May 12, 2025
I ordered the following items and received the packages on **-May-****.
Window mosquito net-Quantity-** (Order: ******************)
Khadi cotton men shirt-Quantity-** (Order:******************)
For the first item I received a packet of waste papers and for the second item I received only one quantity instead of * (* are missing). having major issues. Immediately after seeing those I raised a return request but selected the wrong option and then called the customer care. He told me to cancel this request and asked me to raise a return request through meesho app. I did that for both the items and travelled because of my work. It got rejected due to unclear images and I can not request again as the app will only allow you to take pictures but not allow you to add from your gallery. I came on **-May-**** and raised the request again. Now the support team is saying there is no request for this and they can not help as the return window is crossed. I asked her (Saakshi) to transfer my call to her supervisor, she just kept me on hold and after that the call got cancelled. This is the worst service support I received.
I spent ****+*** on these orders with great trust but Meesho broke my trust and reluctant to help me.
Request you to provide me with the resolution for this.
