Shopkin - Ordered items but not received items

Kishan filed complaint against Shopkin on Jun 18, 2020

I placed order for saree and kurta. Received a message "your order placed successfully with so and so order number. For any queries cal to this number.".
Next day only I called but number is switched off. Continuously I tried to that number, but no use. After that I saw reviews that is fake. I ordered on April **** for my brother marriage. But bad luck. Please careful. If possible do some help..
