Zarawe.com - Ordered item not received

I have ordered *-inch *G/*G Folding Screen Phone - Black with zarawe.com on *rd march **** wide order no ZAR**** at U$ **. I have received the wrong product of US**. I have sent mail to deams*@outlook.com and informed regarding the wrong product. They have accepted and told me that by accidentally they send a wrong product.
After that, they send me two times only docket no but the originally ordered product never delivered to me. I am regularly in touch with them for refund initially. They have accepted to refund but now they are refusing to refund and not replying the mail.
