After the order was confirmed on *rd March, there is no further update from the company. Both the bank SBI and payment gateway company (Razorpay) confirmed that the company received the payment. After a few weeks when I tried to check the order status, the website where I placed the order was closed (URL: https://pblifestyle.myshopify.com/). I sent an email to the company asking for an update on my order, there is no response. Please refund the money and pay **,***/- for breaching my trust and causing additional mental tension in the uncertain times of Pandemic.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
