Raju gari biriyani - Ordered item not delivered and refund not received yet

I ordered chicken dum biryani on April *rd. item not delivered and it was cancelled due to no raider/ delivery partner availability. My amount is deducted from my account. When checked with customer support. They said refund initiated it takes *-** days. And estimated date is **th of April. I.e today..while checking with them they are just keeping me waited. Its from april *rd to **th of april. Its been a week ( * days) still no refund.I would like to file a complaint on the service and delaying my refund. Its harsh situation where I don't get my money and haven't ate on the time. When i just came back from my home town travelled over *** kms. They charged high than actual price. Still i ordered due to hunger. I have to sleep with hungry stomach on that night. When i check with customer support they are just giving me coupon of **-**% on next order. What can i do with the coupon. I denied it and asked for refund and they are just making me wait till date.
