The item received is not as ordered but different cheap looking oversized. On complaining over mail they refused to take return but on insistence they ask us to return back on our own.
please note their website does not give address and not mentioned on parcel too, nor are they picking phone and during this lock down its not possible for us to go & book the parcel.
The vendor may send us the item as per order and arrange pickup of the return item by same delivery executive.
