Reliance digital online purchase despatch through ecomexpress - Ordered item did up and down from Bangalore to bhiwandi from July to 2 July

I have ordered one electrical item on *th July **** & despatched through Ecomexpress Awb. Scheduled delivery given on **th July, later it revised schedule on **th July through SMS. In both tracking the Awb status the product transit took place between Bangalore & Bhiwandi only. No intimation either from courier people or from reliance digital. Now the product reached to the supplier but not received my refund. At this pandemic one side we get half or no payment on the other hand this type of cheating & looting.
Now I request to those who are responsible please do something to refund my amount against the non delivered product.
