Kalakaarindia - ordered for an product but paid twice and hoping for the refund

i've ordered shockproof mobile case for my mobile last wednesday. it was a prepaid order .i was hoping for the case and the next day i got the sms that my order is ready for packing and will be shipped soon. and the next day my amount had been refunded. i was searching for the reason and finally it had been cancelled by the seller itself. though i like the case i thought of ordering it again and yesterday i ordered. unfortunately it made me to pay twice because of some technical issue.and from that second i was hoping for a response from their side even though i mailed them three four times to the provided mail id also called them just one time they picked it up and spoke nothing except welcome to kalakaarindia and the hanged it.i thought of cancelling the order but there wasnt any option for cancelling the order, im helpless now i dont know whom to ask.Thanks for the one if u get my problem resolved
