Utsav Chatterjee filed complaint against Rapido Corporate Services Private Limited on Aug 31, 2019
I had ordered a Rapido .. there came a bike Glamour and the Captains name was Niren Sharma he came to me with a very annoying attitude and tone and said that he wants cash when we had already paid him Rs.*** in paytm.
Then, when I asked him to cancel the trip he just ran away with the bike without cancelling it. My money got wasted. It's not about the money but it's just his attitude and slang words that he used was so embarrassing. I complained it to the Rapido but they did not take a step yet. So with great expectation I'm contacting you about this.
I want a very quick response to it please.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
