Ambina silk - Ordered a lehnga but received cloth wastes

I ordered a lehnga from meesho and received product on **th May **** when I opened the package I was shocked by seeing that the lehnga was a sort of waste cloth pieces.... And then on **th May I filed a complaint they told me to wait * -* working days then again I called them on * may they again told me to wait *-* working days and now it's **th day from now no any resolution yet..... I am not worrying about the money but u see this app make fool to the customer and this is not good.... I want this app should be shut down atleast or else be truthful to your customers atleast..... I want my refund please help me out
