Dear sir/mam,
As after so many calls, you are still unresponsive towards us. Your executives doesn't giving me any type of answer either they cut the call or just put it on mute.I have purchased an android named oppo k** from the flipkart account having mobile no. **********. But it is not as per my expectations, that's why I filed refund request on that day. But it is also showing rejected now. And now there is no option available for refund now. I am very disappointed with your service. My order ID is OD******************.
I have also called at your customer care number, but I don't get any satisfactory answer from your side.
I m attaching the screenshot for your reference. As he is on call with us from the last ** minutes, but he is not speaking. He just put my call on mute. It is not an appropriate behavior. By this , you are passing my days then I will go out from the returning period.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
