The Woodenstreet Furnitures Pvt Ltd - Order Unresolved Issues Reimbursement Demand

I placed an order (*******) with Wooden Street on **/**/**** for a dining set, sofa, bookshelf, and bed. The bookshelf was repaired, but the dining table and sofa were delivered damaged and replacements are still pending. The bed has not been delivered even after more than ** days. Multiple complaints and follow-ups have received no satisfactory response or timeline from Wooden Street. Despite promises, there is no clear resolution, causing major inconvenience.

I am now demanding urgent pickup and replacement of the damaged items, immediate delivery of the bed, and a **% reimbursement of the total order value for the prolonged delays and inconvenience. I hope Wooden Street resolves this quickly, or I will escalate the matter further.
