I have ordered two items, *. Retinol *.*% serum and *. Granactive retinoid cream on *th august. The granactive retinoid is not yet deliveree but retinol *.*% is delivered. The granactive retinoid parcel was attempted to deliver but the deliver guy needed an OTP, he tried sending me but i never received any, and i told him I am not receiving. He said, my phone number is wrong. I asked him what was the phone number there, and i need to get it fixed as he is a mere delivery guy, he can't help and he left. But similarly, another delivery guy came with retinol *.*% serum and was facing the same OTP issue but he got it solved by calling someone. I mailed minimalist thrice but of no use, as I got no response. It's been more than ** days and I'm still waiting for my package.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
