I booked an article on *st May with full payment it was not dispatching for many days and they did not even provide me a tracking ID we had tried reaching their service by contacting their complain number and sending an email after many days they replied on **th May that they will dispatch it by Monday(**th May)today is Sunday(**th May) yet I have not received my order and when I check the Delhivery app it shows that they have canceled my order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
