My order is divided in * parts I received one but it’s been week still my order not shipped and I called to boat customer care * times they only said we escalated to our back end team they did not cancel my order also not providing time to getting my order

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
