Be young - Order status not updated and no response to my cancellation email

Aishwarya Varsha filed complaint against Be young on Apr 15, 2021

I placed an order with Be Young for * t shirts on *th of April. At the time of placing the order, it showed estimated delivery date as **th April, but till today, the status shows as order placed. It has not even been dispatched.
I emailed their customer care several times but I got false assurance in the first mail saying my item would be dispatched within *-* days. Even after that, when no action happened, I asked them to cancel my order for which there has been no response for the last * week.

I request you to help me with this and get a full refund for my order.
