So i placed a lehenga which total costed me with delivery charge -rs ***.. but i received a wrong order which is a kind of cheap saree. I went to the to website to return it but they haven't responded since * weeks .and i didn't get any information when and how they will take back there order and return my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
