I am extremely disappointed with my recent order through your platform. I had ordered idly, but instead, I received vada, and the thali food was of poor quality. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. Previously, when I ordered from Shakhar Restaurant, my order was completely changed, which was very frustrating.
I do not understand why this keeps happening, and it is unacceptable. I am going through a tough phase, and such experiences only add to the frustration. I expect Zomato to take this matter seriously and either refund my money or provide a suitable resolution, such as compensation or a discount on future orders.
Please address this issue immediately and ensure that such mistakes do not happen again. I look forward to your prompt response.
