I placed an order on the Fills website (www.fills.in) with Order Number PD*I*L*** more than three weeks ago. However, I have not received the product anda lso I have not received any updates regarding the shipping status of my order, either via SMS or WhatsApp. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through various channels, there has been no response or support from their end. This lack of communication and delay in product delivery has caused significant inconvenience. I am therefore filing this complaint with the consumer forum and kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my product is delivered promptly.
