I am writing to request your urgent intervention regarding an order I placed on a website that uses your platform.

On January **th, I purchased several dresses from the website https://poshaak.co/?country=IN. My order details can be viewed through the following link: https://shopify.com/***********/account/orders/ecc*****bc***e***f*d*c**ff**c*a*?locale=en.

Despite multiple emails sent to the contact addresses provided by the merchant (enterprisedeepesh@gmail.com and poshaak.co@gmail.com), I have received no response regarding the status of my order, and the items have not been delivered.

I have since discovered multiple reports from other consumers who have had the identical experience with this store—orders paid for but never received, and the merchant completely unresponsive . Independent website safety checkers have also flagged Poshaak.co as a potential "scam" or "fraudulent" operation, noting that it displays characteristics typical of fake online stores . It appears this merchant may be using the Shopify platform to deceive customers.

I understand that merchants are responsible for their own store operations, but as the platform hosting this store, I hope you can take action. Given the merchant's complete silence and the overwhelming evidence that this is a fraudulent operation, I respectfully request your intervention to either facilitate the delivery of my order or, preferably, to process a full refund.
