Flik2kart - Order placed but confirmation not received

Yesterday I got a call from flik*kart offering me a promotional gift if I make a purchase of *** or above. So I did. When the call was transferred to the gift department they said they’ll confirm for the gift by ** hrs and I will get a call. I made the payment for the purchase but haven’t received any calls from their end. I am calling their customer care number, nobody is reverting. Please help to recover my amount and put an end to such dubious companies that loot gullible customers.
