I have ordered a shirt from starzzbrand shopping site on instagram when the shirt is delivered due to some size issues i have asked them through whatsapp for return it and exchange with bigger size they said yes and it all started there.When ever i have asking about the return address they are just ignoring my messages and they gave it after a long time and i returned it.Now they got it and whrn i asked for the exchanged one they are its dispatched and will be there by **-**-****,but today its *-**-**** but still i didn't got the shirt.When i was asking for them about the issue they are ignoring my messages and their rude and irresponsible behaviour its making me to write it to you in consumer court
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
