Hi, I saw an ad in facebook getting the powerwatch at $*.** and selected the same. Surprisingly I got charged for CNY ***.** & CNY ***.** and incl the conversion rate and GST the total debit to my account is INR ****.**. I sent them a mail but did not get any reply. Looked for online complaint and now registering. The purchase was done on **th Jun**. Also I did not get the order delivered. The order number is ****** and the inv no is RB**************. Attached are the documents of bank debit charges and also the msg received from the bank of CNY charges.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
