Indiacakes.com - Order number not delivered and no refund received

I have placed an order for cake delivery on **/**/****. As you are well aware we order the cake for some purpose and to be delivered on the same day.
I have clearly given the delivery date as **/**/****. But you haven’t delivered the cake to the given address also there is no update from your end for my order. This is totally unacceptable. I have made an online payment and still you haven’t updated me with anything on that.
I clearly need a refund for the cake to my bank account itself.
