I ordered a Spectacle Frame on **/**/****. I received the order and payment confirmation promptly and a shipping period saying it will be delivered within *-** days. So far I have not received any update of shipping from them. My repeated requests on their website, WhatsApp customer care number and emails are unanswered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
