I have ordered * chocolates from their website on Nov * **** and it was confirmed. On ** Nov I enquired about the status which was responded by mentioning delayed from their processing. I tried to communicate on ** Nov and again on ** Dec which I never got a reply till now. I have tried through their WhatsApp no given in their website. At first same reply as the first mail but then no reply after that.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
