I had ordered from the nurserylive site on **.**.**** as well as on **.**.****.
After waiting **days i emailed their customer support regarding the same and asked for a refund as the order was not processed until then.
They asked me to wait for a week, which i did but even after that there was no sign of them dispatching my order and neither are they responding to any emails or messages. It has already been a month since i ordered from them and i have no clue whether they will ever dispatch the order or aill refund the money back to me!
This is a complete case of cyber fraud as these people are not even willing to return the money to their customers.
Take a serious action against these people as they are cheating all their customers and request people to never buy from this site.
