I placed the order from OnePlus website on *th July order no M******************. It was showing estimate dispatch date is **th July and delivery by **th July. As I check today On ** July, I still see order processing and product is not yet dispatched. I called up the customer care multiple times. None of the executives are giving me right information. I need to know when exactly my product be shipped and delivered. Please find the order related screenshot attached for your reference. This is my very *st order & interaction with OnePlus & I actually never expected such experience from one of the market leaders like OnePlus. This is very unfortunate, atleast, there should be some commitment & the status should be updated promptly.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
