Grace Hatchery equipments - Order not yet delivered

This complain is against Mr. Saju Stanly ,owner of " Grace Hatchery Equipments". I ordered for Egg Incubator worth Rs ***** on **st Dec'**.This company was registered in IndiaMART.This firm named Grace Hatchery Equipments is located in Kottapady,Kerala.
Mr. Saju asked for advance payment for confirmation of order and cost for manufacturing the equipment.
I made payment of Rs ***** on **st dec'**. On *th January '** Mr. Saju called up and said that consignment is ready and ready for dispatch and told to deposit the remaining amount of Rs ****. On asking to send photographs he send me false photos.
I was unable to understand it and deposited Rs ****. Now he says that equipment is not ready and needs time.He lied me that time by telling that equipment is ready but now he is telling that it is not ready.
I have already filed a complain against him in IndiaMART.But for fast effective action I need your help to.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
