i ordered from the company website anuconnect.com on march *, **** and the receipt says that a notification will be sent to me when it ships. it has been nearly a month and i have not received any notification. i tried to email the company to ask the status of my order but never got a reply. i believe they are intensionally ignoring me. i want to know where my order is.
