I am writing to express my disappointment regarding two orders I placed on August **rd. I have not yet received these orders, nor have I received any updates on their status. This lack of communication is unprofessional, and I need these orders as soon as possible.
Please provide an immediate update and ensure these orders are delivered without further delay.
