My order NLV********* has been out for delivery since * days now. I have called the delivery agent on the *st day and *rd day and asked him to deliver because I was worried about the plants but he never delivered, he told he would deliver that day every time I called him. I even raise this issue with nurserylive customer care but even they aren't bothered about a customer issue.
I don't want them to deliver me dead plants now. Asked them to refund but there's no response. It's been a week now.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
