Ravi filed complaint against cromecast device on Aug 26, 2020

I purchased an item on this website worth INR *** and made the payment through my net banking. Now there is no response from the company on the shipment or refund although I have already sent them email, message through all modes of communication. I think it's a fake site and request everyone not to order any products from this site. Now I understand why Amazon is so popular. I got a lesson that not to trust any local ecommerce sites.
