Lal Kitab Amrit Vashisht Jyotish - Order not received

My Mother had placed and an order last month and made payment and earlier this month she got a message that order has been sent via mail, but when I checked her account, I didn't find any mail from them. The reference number mentioned in the message is not working. I had called their customer care number but there is not satisfactory response - They just pick the call and make fake promise that they will resolve the issue, however on asking any complaint number they straightaway refuse that we don't maintain it. Also, when i asked that kindly tell me the mail id on which you have sent the order, they had no answer on this. I urged to know the details so, the customer representative put me on hold for ** mins and then disconnected the call. Till now there has been no resolution, i have tried mails, calls and complaint messages.
