I placed a prepaid order for a hoodie from the website Poshak.co on **th January **** for an amount of ₹***. The payment was made successfully online.
Since placing the order, I have not received any updates regarding shipping, tracking details, or delivery status. There has been no communication from the company. I have also attempted to contact their customer care via email, but I have not received any response.
Based on my experience and similar complaints reported by other customers, this website appears to be fraudulent. The seller has failed to provide the ordered product, tracking information, or any customer support.
