Footballmonk - Order not received there is no status update and no support from customer care as well

I have ordered two jerseys: PSG home ****/** and Argentina national team home on July **th. PFB for the order details. I have received the order #***** but I still haven't got any update on the order #***** and it still says processing, I have paid the amount for both the jerseys. Please help me with this, I have raised a ticket * days back but still no response.
Note: I haven't received shorts for the last * orders of mine.
