Lounge Lives - Order not received payment not refunded

I placed order with this company on **st April with full online payment but it’s been more than one and a half month and I haven’t recieved my order. I tried to contact the company but there has been no revert. Kindly look at this. As I see a lot of people in my group have also not recieved their orders. Website is www.loungelives.com
