gas stove by lifelong - Order not received nor refund

Ordered gas stove on **th Dec **** at **:**:** am but till date it was not delivered. On contacting them they asked us to cancel the order and they will issue us the refund which they didn’t. When we contacted them again on *th Jan **** they asked us to provide them the bank details which we didn’t and then told us that they will dispatch the item in *-* days but till now we didn’t receive it and they have stopped picking up phone and didn’t reply to our emails.
