Vanhuesen Intimates - Order not received no support from customer care

Hi Team,

Please help to fetch my order placed with Vanuesen Intimates on *th October for which I haven't received a single update neither the order itself.
Attaching current status of order - still shows order placed.
I also wrote to their customer support team on **th to which I have not got any call back or revert on the same.
Extremely disappointing service.
