have ordered a set of * cases on **/**/**** after seeing an instagram post and till date there is no update on orders whereas on site its mentioned that all orders will get delivered by ** jan. Even i tried cancelling order and get refund but that too is not possible.. Also there is no customer support as tried mailing them several times and no response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
